Pure Luxury Transportation Shuttling Roche Winery’s Guest to and from Offsite Parking

This past weekend was Roche Winery’s 2014 Pre-Spring Fling. On Saturday and Sunday, over 400 hundred of Roche Winery’s wine club members and “futures” customers arrived on each day to attend this invitation only event. The event took place at Roche’s wine making operations located in their Petaluma facility. Pure Luxury was there to safely shuttle guests. This exclusive event invited guests to preview 2013 Vintage and new releases, sip barrel tastings, and enjoy food pairings created by Mara Roche.

At the Tasting Bar, guests sampled four of Roche Winery’s Gold Medal award-winning wines from the 2014 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition including 2012 Carneros Chardonnay (“Best of Class, Double Gold”), 2012 Reserve Carneros American Oak Chardonnay (“Gold Medal”), 2012 Reserve Carneros French Oak Chardonnay (“Gold Medal”), and 2011 Reserve Merlot (“Gold Medal”). That’s 16 gold medals that the Roche family has won from this competition alone since 2005!

Inside the Barrel Room, there were plenty of “futures” to be sampled straight out of the barrel. Roche Winery General Manager Brendan Roche welcomed guests while offering tastes of the 2013 Reserve Carneros French and American Chardonnays. Winemaker Michael Carr greeted visitors, provided insight into the winemaking process, and shared samples of 2013 Reserve Carneros Pinot Noir. Associate Winemaker Toby Laba also embraced all questions from visitors as they tasted 2013 Reserve Carneros Syrah and Merlot.

The food pairings were plentiful and outstanding! Visitors nibbled on creamy mushroom risotto topped with blue cheese crumbles, potato leek soup served with bits of ham and crispy onions, Korean Tri-tip, Chili-Lime drummettes, mango salsa served with tortilla chips, and much more.

I had a chance to visit with Jason Klein, Roche Winery’s Director of Marketing, at the event and he had this to say,”With a customer event of this size and with the extremely high customer service expectations of our attendees, we simply could not have executed this event so successfully without Pure Luxury. We have utilized Pure Luxury as our transportation partner for several events and they simply deliver every time.”
