Sante’s Christmas Day dinner begins with appetizers including Maine Lobster Bisque, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, local and imported cheeses, House Made Pate de Campagne with Country Pork Terrine wrapped in Hobbs Applewood Smoked Bacon Cornichons, and many more delicious appetizers.
Guests will find an array of salads at the Michelin Star receiving Sante Restaurant. Choose from a Classic Caesar Salad, Marinated Heirloom Beet Salad, Hearts of Palm Salad, Roasted Fingerling Potato Salad with King Richard Leeks and Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette, and of course, more delectable salads.
The Carving Stations, my personal favorite parts of this special buffet, will offer two incredible dishes – Roasted All Natural Goose served with Spiced Cranberry, Apple and Raisin Relish and Natural Jus; and Painted Hills Ranch Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream Sauce and Assorted Mustards.
The selection of entrees further displays the talent of Executive Chef Andrew Cain at this AAA Four Diamond Award-winning restaurant. Only the best ingredients will be used to create Roasted Organic Chicken Breast with Sun-dried Tomato and Marinated Olive Ragout, Coq au Vin featuring All Natural Red Wine Braised Fulton Valley Chicken, Organic Artichoke Ravioli with Preserved Meyer Lemon Cream Sauce, Glazed Berkshire Ham, and Loch Duart Salmon with Sorrel Beurre Blanc Sauce.
