Central Market in Petaluma uses fresh, local ingredients. It’s the perfect location for the 2nd Annual Natural Wine Festival this Saturday, May 1, 2010. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. guests will experience wines created using biodynamic and organic farming practices. These wines will be perfectly paired with tasty creations by Central Market’s Chef Tony Najiola using local ingredients from Tara Firma Farms. Twenty wineries will be present including Quintessa Winery, Preston Vineyards & Winery, and Montemaggiore.
