It’s that time of year again – the holidays. There are plenty of reasons to look forward to the holiday season; reuniting with friends and family, enjoying traditional foods and beverages, decorating our homes, and listening to the music of the season. One event that has become a tradition in Northern California Wine Country is Holiday in Carneros 2011, sponsored by the Hospitality de los Carneros Association. On November 19 & 20, 2011 approximately 20 wineries in the Carneros Region spanning across both Napa and Sonoma Valley will once again host a weekend to benefit Santa Rosa Junior College and Napa Valley College.
The list of wineries offering special tastings and discounts includes Anaba Wines, Cline Cellars, Gloria Ferrer Winery, Robeldo Family Winery, Ty Caton Vineyards, and more. Along with each winery offering special tastings including tasty treats, barrel tastings, and tastings of new releases and library wines; some will present art, crafts, and live music.
Ceja Vineyards welcomes salsa band, Orquesta Borinquen. Keating Wines offers discounts up to 40%. There will be Mardi Gras Pasta at Meadowcroft Wines featuring spicy Cajun sausage from Louisiana to pair with your wine. This is one of the four times a year that Talisman Wines, not open to the public, opens its doors sharing delightful Pinot Noir wines paired with a delicious treat while live music plays. This year, Tin Barn Vineyards presents their first art exhibition along with their award-winning wines paired perfectly with a scrumptious surprise. Click here to see what each winery has planned.
The adventure to be found at Holiday in Carneros never disappoints. The combination of exceptional wines, local cuisine, and friendly hospitality makes for a great experience. Enjoy the excitement even further by contacting Pure Luxury Transportation for this or any holiday celebration.
