The menu begins with caviar, followed by wood fired burrata cheese served with black truffles, and paired with Long Meadow Ranch “Farmstead” Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2014. Next, you’ll enjoy a seared Sonoma Foie Gras with Satsuma bourbon French toast, paired with Chateau Suduiraut 1er Cru Sauternes, France 2007. The entre is Long Meadow Ranch grass-fed, dry-aged ribeye paired with Long Meadow Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2012. For dessert, TCHO chocolate and peanut butter s’mores torte paired with Long Meadow Ranch Grappa, Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2013.
Begin the evening with a champagne and hors d’oeuvres reception at Chef Ken Frank’s Michelin-starred La Toque. Then enjoy a five-course dinner at La Toque featuring an optional wine pairing. Walk down the hall to La Toque’s sister restaurant, BANK, to continue the celebration with complimentary sweet bites, DJ Nor Cal Sound and dancing, no-host cocktails, party favors, and a midnight champagne toast.
One of the many perks to joining the wine club at Castello di Amorosa is the annual New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball. After a wine reception in their vaulted Tasting Room, guests are invited to a five-course dinner paired with Castello di Amorosa wines in the Grand Barrel Room. The menu continues with Imperial Ranch Wagyu Sirloin served with foie gras potatoes. The sweet, final course is Meyer Lemon Verbena Sorbet with Rose Champagne poached Bosc pear.
