The winning combination – great food and great wine. Although a delightful experience could be created by you at home, nothing beats the excellence achieved by having an experienced chef and highly skilled winemaker create a wine and food experience. Together they consider elements the average person isn’t aware of. What is the weight of the wine and the food? Are the flavors and textures going to contrast or complement each other? How will the sugar or alcohol or acid or tannins be affected by the food? Add the opportunity to hear a winemaker’s insights and the possibility of tasting library, reserve, or limited release wines and you have an experience too good to pass. Pure Luxury presents a few winemaker dinners in April for you to choose from.
