Dinner begins with Dungeness Crab Salad paired with 2010 Cornerstone Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, features Crispy Liberty Farms Duck paired with 2009 Stepping Stone Syrah, and ends with a double pairing of Chocolate Torte & Poached Pear Stuffed with Blue Cheese served with 2008 Cornerstone Howell Mountain Cabernet.
